Uglichsky plant will increase milk processing to two hundred tons per day
"Now our plant buys from 10 to 50 tons per day, the rest is milk of the holding “AgriVolga”. Initially, the volume of milk processing at the plant was about 150 tons, in 2-3 years we plan to increase this figure to 200 tons of milk per day. Of these, 70-80 tons will be used for making fermented dairy products, 120 tons - for cheese. That is, the cheese factory will produce about 11 tons of cheese per day", said Sergey Klyuchnikov.
Sergey Klyuchnikov noted that the main market for the plant's products is considered to be Yaroslavl region, namely the native city of Uglich. However, some of the products are also delivered to Moscow.
