UGMK Agro to invest 290 million rubles into cheese production

It is planned that in spring 2017 UGMK Agro, OOO will start cream curd cheese production out of goat milk.
Earlier the company signed an agreement with KBS-Genetic for delivery of 1000 goats of Alpine goats from France.
According to the company’s General Director Ilya Bondaryov, investments into the project will total 290 million rubles a part of which will be subsidized from the budget. The plant will process around 100 tons of goat milk every month and produce 10 tons of cheese. The new production facility will be built at Verkhnepyshminsky dairy factory.
