At the same time, the balance of other income and expenses of the company changed from a negative - 8.4 million rubles in 2018 to a positive - 3.3 million rubles at the end of 2019. In addition, the amount of income tax has almost halved, which affected the increase in net profit.
The company's accounts payable for the year increased from 71.37 million rubles to 147.6 million rubles, and accounts receivable decreased from 355.3 million rubles to 307 million rubles.
According to the SPARK-Interfax system, Valuyki-based JSC “Moloko” was registered in 1992 based on “Valuyskiy dairy plant” and specializes in the production of milk, butter and powdered dairy products.
The main stake of 75.09% belongs to the parent company - LLC "DMS" (Moscow). The CEO of both companies is the owner of LLC "DMS" Tatyana Obukhova. The member of the Board of Directors Mikhail Breitman owns other 24.61%.
