Victoria Abramchenko will supervise the work of the agricultural sector in Russia
On January 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Victoria Abramchenko to the post.
Abramchenko was born in 1975, graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University in 1998, and from the Russian Academy of national economy and public administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2004.
According to Rosreestr, in 1998 – 2000 she worked in the Committee of the Russian Federation on land resources and land management (Roskomzem).
In 2000-2001, she worked at the Federal state institution "Land cadastre chamber".
In 2001-2005, she held various positions, including the position of Deputy Head of the Department in the Federal land cadastre service of Russia (Roszemkadastr) and Federal Agency for real estate cadaster (Rosnedvizhimost’).
In 2005-2011, she held various positions in the Ministry of economic development of Russia, including the position of Deputy Director of the real estate Department of the Ministry of economic development of Russia.
In 2011-2012 – Deputy Head of Rosreestr.
In 2012-2015 - Director of the Department of land policy, property relations and state property of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation.
In 2015 -2016 – state Secretary - Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation.
By order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2141-R dated 11.10.2016, she was appointed Deputy Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation - Head of the Federal service for state registration, cadaster and cartography.
