The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Karelia has been appointed Chairman of the technical committee for standardization "Milk and milk processing products" (TC 470), reported in the press service of the Dairy Union of Russia to The DairyNews.
Vladimir Labinov is well known at the federal level as one of the largest organizers and leaders of the dairy industry. He enjoys a well-deserved long-term authority among colleagues not only in the industry, but also in agriculture and the agro-industrial complex as a whole.
More than 20 years ago, V.V. Labinov was at the origin of creation of the Dairy Union of Russia.
In 2000 - 2012 he headed it as executive director, and it was with his direct participation and leadership that the Dairy Union has been a co-founder and member of TC470/DTC532 "Milk and milk processing products" since 2005.
