Zyuganov at a meeting with Putin is going to present a bill about milk for schoolchildren

Leader of Communist party Gennady Zyuganov on June 28 plans to submit to President of Russia Vladimir Putin the draft law on obligatory milk to pupils in schools. He declared it on Tuesday on air of TV channel "Russia 24".
"We have now prepared a bill on school milk: so that each student was given a glass of milk, it is very effective. <...> Tomorrow I want to submit it to the President, tomorrow we will meet," - said Zyuganov.
Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist party said that the draft law was developed by the Chairman of the Central Committee, Head of the State Duma Committee for agrarian issues, Vladimir Kashin. "We have matured this decision because kids need the vitamins, minerals," - said Zyuganov, adding that such a practice exists in Europe, in China, in Cuba.
